Two Families, One Session

It was a beautiful day at the beach and Heather was glowing in the final days of her pregnancy. It was the perfect time to capture her and her family while her sister’s family visited from out-of-state. We had a lot to accomplish in one afternoon and I’m really happy with the results.

Delightful Little Guy

Miles is such a pleasant baby and knowing his parents,  Lucy and Charles, it’s easy to see why. They are both so nice to hang out with I almost forgot I was supposed to be taking pictures. The focus of this session was their latest addition, but they have another great kid named Dylan. I look forward to capturing the whole family together in the future.

Happy Mother’s Day!

One of the things I love about my job is spending time with wonderful families like this one. I wanted to share this family session close to Mother’s Day and I think you’ll understand why when you see it. Pia and Brian both have such a wonderful rapport with their kids. These photos were taken on a warm sunny morning in Carmel Valley’s Garland Ranch Regional Park with the blue lupine in full bloom.

The Shea Family

I recently had the pleasure of photographing the Shea Family in Pacific Grove. The girls are so fun and expressive. The weather was just starting to warm up and things were beginning to bloom, which helped us get out into the yard and make use of their beautiful little antique doll bed. They are such a nice family and I’m glad to call them friends.
