A Fantastic Acupuncture & Massage Clinic in Monterey

I had the pleasure of getting a “behind-the-scenes” view at the wonderful Optimal Health Acupuncture and Bodywork clinic at 132 Carmelito Avenue in Monterey. I got to photograph patrons receiving massage, hot stone massage, acupuncture with heated needles and without, and a procedure called “cupping” which you will see below. The clinic in itself is a really pleasant and soothing place to visit and owners Glenn and Melissa are great people. They are both so knowledgeable and easy-going. I’m really looking forward to getting some treatments done there! They are currently in the process of revamping their website, and I will update this post when the new site is up.
